1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embrace the essential first step in the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated coagulation products. Our process begins with meticulously selected raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), ensuring superior quality at every stage.
This is where our commitment to excellence begins, as we expertly process and store the finest raw materials, setting the stage for high-caliber product development.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Experience the heartbeat of our production line in this core section, dedicated to the manufacture of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this pivotal section, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, accompanied by both manual and automatic mesh handling and the seamless circulation of our assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Witness the core of our production prowess in this section, designed for crafting top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is expertly tailored for the creation of steel meshes (mesh cages) required for our concrete plates, featuring both manual and automated hanging mesh and the efficient circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Revolutionize the cutting process as the mold frame, loaded with billet body, is expertly demudded via crane. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is precisely placed on the cutting car, undergoing a dynamic transformation through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post cutting, the brilliantly engineered turning table facilitates the seamless removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
With waste expertly managed, the marshalling crane and ferry car come into play, streamlining the completion of the blank body for further processes.
5. Autoclaving Section
Experience the pinnacle of product resilience as assembled cakes are methodically introduced into the tank for precise constant pressure maintenance, courtesy of the sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Following perfect autoclave curing, products are effortlessly extracted by the ferry cart and skillfully delivered to the finished product packaging section, ready for market debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Concluding our production journey, the steamed autoclaved cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They're then seamlessly conveyed to the storage yard, thanks to our advanced packaging and transportation systems, ensuring they are ready for delivery to our valued customers.
