1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum paste, and more.
This pivotal section focuses on the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the key section where the magic happens - the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is dedicated to fabricating the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including both manual and automatic hanging of mesh and seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for the production of superior quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the process involves making the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for the concrete plates, handling manual (automatic) hanging of mesh, and ensuring the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes de-mudding using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car where it is precisely molded through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is processed further using the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are systematically sent into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned beforehand.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for the final steps.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
