1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is manufactured, with both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Responsible for the preparation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the slabs, involving manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product is precisely cut side, horizontally, and vertically.
The ground turning table then facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance, managed by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once autoclaved, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
