AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential building blocks for our autoclaved aerated coagulation production come from a thoughtful blend of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. This perfect mix sets the foundation for excellence.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of the raw materials, setting the stage for seamless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the heart of the operation, where the magic happens in the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the intricate fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for the integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, takes place. With options for manual or automatic hanging, mesh creation, and seamless assembly frame circulation, efficiency is guaranteed.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section is at the core of producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring every slab meets the highest standards.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. It includes manual or automatic hanging and the sophisticated circulation of assembly frames for optimal production efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
The precision cutting process begins as the mold frame, loaded with billet body, is expertly demudded by the crane. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. Through careful side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, the product takes its final shape.
In this stage, the ground turning table plays a critical role in removing and recycling waste, ensuring that sustainability meets efficiency.
Once waste is skillfully extracted, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision engineering, the assembled cakes are seamlessly transferred into the tank by the traction mechanism and ferry cart for vital constant pressure maintenance.
After curing, the robust products emerge from the autoclave, ready to be gracefully transported by the ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes undergo expert sorting, palletization, and packing, thanks to our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment. They are then transported to the storage yard, completing their journey from raw materials to refined excellence.
