1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated concrete production, the key ingredients are sand (or innovative fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, along with aluminum powder (or paste) and more.

This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring a seamless production journey.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision meets innovation.

Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is crafted with care, featuring manual (or automatic) mesh placement and seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is also a pivotal part of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.

In this critical phase, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) for concrete plates is meticulously made, with manual (or automatic) mesh suspension and streamlined automatic frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, cradling the billet body, undergoes a transformative demudding process using a crane. With precision, the blank body and side plate are elegantly placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting mold the product to perfection.

The post-cut body is deftly handled by a ground-turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is masterfully marshaled by the crane and ferry car, ensuring efficiency and precision.

5. Autoclaving Section

The well-assembled cakes are guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, powered by the traction mechanism and meticulously navigated by the ferry cart.

Upon achieving autoclave perfection, the cured products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart, then transported with care to the finished product packaging area.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Steamed to perfection, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and elegantly packed. These finished products are then seamlessly transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
