AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section: The foundational stage where essential components are meticulously prepared, setting the stage for exceptional AAC products.
The raw materials used in the autoclaved aerated coagulation process include a symphony of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), harmoniously combined to create superior AAC blocks.
This section is dedicated to the artful processing and strategic storage of the essential raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency in every product.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: A pivotal phase where cutting-edge technology crafts the steel mesh integral to AAC slab production.
& Circulation: An essential component ensuring the seamless flow and consistency of the production cycle, enhancing efficiency and output.
This section serves as the heartbeat of AAC slab production, ingeniously fabricating the steel mesh that forms the backbone of every slab.
In this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC slabs is expertly crafted, with an array of options from manual to automatic hanging meshes, all integrated into a streamlined assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: Witness the transformative phase where raw mixes begin their journey to becoming robust AAC slabs.
This section stands as a cornerstone in the AAC slab production process, meticulously overseeing the creation and stabilization of the concrete slabs.
Here, the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC slabs is meticulously produced, with options for manual or automatic handling, seamlessly integrated into the automated assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section: Precision-defined, this stage brings AAC slabs to their final dimensions with expert cutting techniques.
The mold frame, with its billet body, is expertly demudded by the crane, then placed on the cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting perfect the product's shape.
The expertly cut body is processed by the ground turning table, ensuring all corner waste is efficiently removed and recycled, contributing to sustainable production practices.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the final positioning of the blank body, readying it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section: A crucial phase where pressure and heat solidify the AAC slabs, enhancing their structural integrity.
The assembled cakes embark on a journey into the autoclave tank, where consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism ensures premium quality.
Post-autoclave, the cured AAC products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and transported towards the final packaging stage, a testament to engineered precision.
6. Finished Products: The culmination of the production process, where excellence is packaged and dispatched.
Classification & Packaging: Precision meets organization in sorting, palletizing, and packing each product for seamless distribution.
Once steamed to perfection, the AAC cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged by state-of-the-art conveying equipment, ensuring they reach the storage yard in pristine condition.
