AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients essential for the manufacture of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (often derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, along with aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial phase focuses on the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring their quality and readiness for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment represents the core of the process, vital for crafting enduring autoclaved aerated concrete slabs of superior quality.
This stage is indispensable for creating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging processes, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring precision and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is pivotal in the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the foundation for the subsequent phases.
This section is dedicated to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring optimal functionality.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes comprehensive cutting—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise product shape desired.
The process concludes with the ground turning table facilitating the systematic removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, promoting efficiency and sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next phase of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves, along with the efficient ferry cart preceding it, ensuring a controlled and reliable process.
Post-autoclaving, the expertly cured products are extracted with precision from the autoclave by the ferry cart, and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave are meticulously sorted, palletized, expertly packed, and transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficiency and care in handling.
