1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the foundation of success lies in the use of essential raw materials. These include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the vital touch of aluminum powder (or paste), among others, creating a harmonious blend for superior production.
This section is masterfully crafted for the meticulous processing and optimal storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring a seamless flow in the entire production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation and precision engineering harmoniously collaborate.
Within this vital section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. The process incorporates both seamless manual and automatic mesh handling, along with a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the transformative epicenter of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where raw material blends solidify into tangible reality.
In this energetic environment, the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) occurs. It includes both the manual and automatic handling of meshes, further enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and precision.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, engineering elegance is on full display as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, placed on the cutting car with the side plate, undergoes exacting side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve flawless molding.
The refined masterpiece emerges as the expertly cut body is managed by the ground turning table, facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, thereby promoting sustainability.
After the waste removal, the blank body is elegantly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, elegantly concluding this stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision engineering, the assembled cakes are smoothly introduced into the tank to maintain constant pressure, aided by the traction mechanism and strategically positioned ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Emerging triumphantly from the autoclave, the cured products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Fresh from the autoclave, the products undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are efficiently transported to the storage yard, all orchestrated by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage.
