1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the efficient processing and storage of these crucial raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This pivotal section is at the heart of producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the concrete slabs is fabricated. It involves manual or automatic hanging and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is instrumental in the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It oversees the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded via the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precision side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table adeptly removes and recycles corner waste post-cutting.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body's processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the autoclave tanks for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclave products are extracted and conveyed to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
