AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (often sourced from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This vital phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment represents the heart of the process, crucial for crafting durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment is essential for crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal stage in the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is devoted to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the desired product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Following waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism fronting the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then palletized, expertly packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after efficient separation.
