AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum come together with the enchanting addition of aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This meticulously arranged section is expertly designed for the precise handling and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring the foundation for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the innovative core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production; a crucial segment where cutting-edge technology harmonizes with precision.
Here, the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with expertise. This intricate process includes seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling, coupled with a sophisticated automatic assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is where the enchantment solidifies into tangible structures.
Within this dynamic sphere, precision rules as the steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication unfolds. It encompasses both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Witness the engineering elegance where the mold frame, laden with the billet body, is expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, the product is meticulously cut with side, horizontal, and vertical precision to achieve perfect molding.
A masterpiece emerges as the cut body is artistically managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, thus ensuring sustainability.
Post waste removal, the blank body is delicately handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With surgical precision, assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance. This is facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, both strategically positioned before the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victoriously, pulled out by the ferry cart, and are seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly liberated from the autoclave, the cakes embark on a streamlined journey of sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard, all orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage.
