AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The key ingredients for crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation blocks typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the essential aluminum powder (or paste), among other components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring the highest quality for the production process.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section stands as the pinnacle of operations, playing a crucial role in the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the sophisticated machinery crafts steel mesh (or mesh cages) essential for the concrete plates. This process includes both manual and automated mesh handling, accompanied by the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is pivotal, serving as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It involves the intricate crafting of steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for concrete plate production, with options for both manual and automatic mesh suspension, alongside an automated assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The billet, alongside its side plate, is then positioned on a cutting car where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table adeptly removes and recycles any corner waste, optimizing material usage.
Following waste removal, the billet is expertly handled by a marshalling crane and ferry car to ensure flawless assembly.
5.Autoclaving section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank via a traction mechanism and positioned by the ferry cart, where they undergo a period of constant pressure curing.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, these products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the final packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Once out of the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ready for dispatch.
