AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on a journey through the crucial stages of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we masterfully refine top-quality raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), setting the foundation for excellence.
This essential section is devoted to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring a seamless workflow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands as the core of our entire operation, propelling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
In this critical phase, we skillfully produce the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Employing a blend of manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, we maintain a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring optimum performance.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment serves as the nucleus of our production line, pivotal in crafting exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled quality.
Here, we create the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames, we ensure precision and excellence.
4. Cutting Section
During this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, precisely supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the final product shape with precision.
The ground turning table plays an integral role in expertly removing and recycling corner waste, finalizing the cut body with impeccable finesse.
After waste removal, the blank body undergoes exact handling by the marshalling crane and is deftly managed by the marshalling ferry car to ensure optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the autoclave tanks by an expert traction mechanism and ferry cart. This process sustains constant pressure, achieving flawless, high-quality results.
Once cured to perfection, the autoclaved products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart, then seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a sophisticated process of sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, facilitated by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready to meet customer demand.
