AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on a journey through the fundamental autoclaved aerated coagulation production process. We meticulously handle the transformation of top-quality raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This vital section is devoted to the precise preparation and organized storage of our critical raw materials, ensuring a flawless beginning to the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the dynamic core of our operations, spearheading the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled efficiency.
Here, we meticulously construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, skillfully integrating both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, along with a smooth automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section forms the central powerhouse of our production, crucial in creating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this area, we craft the pivotal steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, using manual and automatic mesh hanging, enhanced by automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold-laden billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, accurate side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product with precision.
The ground turning table is vital, effectively handling and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with remarkable finesse.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results through precise handling.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are seamlessly introduced into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining steady pressure for impeccable results.
Upon curing, the autoclaved products are expertly transported by the ferry cart to the finished product packaging section, ensuring a seamless transition.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment then efficiently transports them to the storage yard.
