1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the creation of premium autoclaved aerated coagulation products, we utilize a blend of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and fine aluminum powder (or paste).

This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of all raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.

This segment focuses on crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh handling alongside seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another core component in the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It continues with the fabrication of necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for the plates, accommodating both manual and automated mesh handling and frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane. This ensemble, including the side plate, is strategically placed on a cutting car. Here, the product is expertly shaped through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, enhancing sustainability.
Subsequently, a marshalling crane, in tandem with a marshalling ferry car, completes the blank body assembly.

5. Autoclaving Section

With precision, assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave using a sophisticated traction mechanism and a ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for optimal results.

Upon completion, the autoclave-cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the finished product packaging stage.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-steaming, the cakes are skillfully sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard with precision by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
