AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production process begins with the meticulous selection of raw materials. Typically, these materials encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), each playing a pivotal role in quality production.
This essential section is dedicated to the sophisticated processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring their optimal condition for the next stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical phase represents the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision and technology converge to achieve excellent results.
This stage is indispensable for crafting the steel mesh, or mesh cage, vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It incorporates both manual and automated processes, facilitating seamless mesh handling and the automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a core segment of the AAC slab production process, where the foundation for the final product is meticulously laid.
Within this section, the steel mesh essential for concrete plates is expertly crafted. Manual and automatic methods ensure precision in hanging the mesh and achieving efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
At this cutting-edge section, the mold frame carrying the billet is deftly demudded using a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank, along with its side plate, is meticulously positioned on the cutting car. Here, comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to achieve the product's final form.
The cut body undergoes a refined process at the ground turning table, where corner waste is expertly removed and recycled, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
Upon removal of waste, the blank is seamlessly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this critical section, the assembled cakes are carefully introduced into the tank, where they undergo pressure treatment. The process is orchestrated by a traction mechanism and aided by a strategic ferry cart system.
After curing, the autoclaved products are efficiently extracted using a ferry cart. They are then transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packaged. Utilizing advanced packaging and conveying equipment, they are then securely transported to the storage yard, ensuring impeccable quality and readiness for distribution.
