1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the initial phase of creating our superb autoclaved aerated concrete, we meticulously process essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to ensure the highest quality output.

This pivotal stage is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of all raw materials, laying the foundation for excellence.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

At the heart of our production process, this section is crucial for crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, we expertly manufacture steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the integrity of our concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic hanging mesh systems, alongside seamless automated frame assembly circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section forms the core of our sophisticated aerated concrete slab production.

It's designed to fabricate steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates, with manual and automatic hanging mesh capabilities and an advanced automated assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The cutting phase involves demudding the mold frame using a turning crane, followed by precision side, horizontal, and vertical slicing on the cutting car to achieve perfect product formation.

The ground turning table efficiently handles the cut body, removing and recycling corner waste with precision.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly complete the blank body marshalling process.

5. Autoclaving Section

Our expertly assembled cakes are gradually introduced into the autoclave tanks, maintained at constant pressure through precise traction mechanisms and ferry cart systems.

Once cured, the products are efficiently removed from the autoclave, transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging area.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After steaming, our high-quality cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and expertly packaged, then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring unmatched quality in every batch.
