AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Experience the core of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we expertly process high-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) with precision and care.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and methodical storage of our fundamental raw materials, ensuring superiority and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital section functions as the heartbeat of our manufacturing process, fueling the production of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
In this section, we skillfully craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Employing both manual and automatic hanging techniques, we ensure seamless integration with an effortless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core of our manufacturing, pivotal in producing exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched quality.
Here, we craft the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing a combination of manual and automatic mesh hanging, enhanced by the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts define the shape of the final product.
The ground turning table is instrumental in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with precision and finesse.
After waste removal, the blank body is handled with care by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for exceptional results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are expertly introduced into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure for impeccable results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transferred to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and packed with meticulous care. They are then transported to the storage yard with the aid of our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for delivery.

To achieve machining excellence, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining centers, CNC gantry boring and milling machines, and sophisticated horizontal machining centers.
