Teeyer Whole Production Line,including 6 processing sections

1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials used in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among others.

This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation

This section is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.

It involves fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs, handling manual or automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is another vital section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It deals with the fabrication of the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates, manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product molding.

The cut body is processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is assembled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.

Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment, after being separated.
