AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete include a blend of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This pivotal section specializes in the meticulous processing and secure storage of these fundamental raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring precision and efficiency.
In this segment, the manufacture of steel mesh (also known as mesh cages) for concrete plates takes place, accompanied by both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as the nucleus for crafting top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) manufacturing is conducted for concrete plates, with options for manual or automated mesh hanging and fluid assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Within this realm, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane, and is then positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical molding cuts.
The expertly cut body is gracefully handled by the ground turning table, facilitating efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Subsequent to waste elimination, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are seamlessly delivered into the autoclave for steady pressure preservation, courtesy of the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart, then transported to the packaging section for finishing touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed, then skillfully transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying systems after careful separation.
