AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the key raw materials typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others, setting the foundational stage for quality AAC products.
This essential section handles the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring each component is perfectly prepared for use.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of our AAC slab production, underpinning the entire process with precision and efficiency.
Here, we manufacture the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging plus seamless automatic frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section in the production of durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, pivotal to achieving optimal results.
This area ensures the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, is skillfully demolded using a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed onto the cutting car, achieving precise product molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table expertly removes and recycles corner waste, maximizing material efficiency.
Once waste is cleared, the billet body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for a controlled pressure maintenance process, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the preceding ferry cart.
Products that have undergone autoclave curing are efficiently retrieved by the ferry cart, then conveyed to the packaging section for the finishing touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported to the storage yard, all executed by advanced packaging and conveying equipment for seamless delivery.
