AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials that form the backbone include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), and others.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of operations for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this segment, we fabricate the indispensable steel mesh (also known as mesh cages) required for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the central hub for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This is crucial for fabricating steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, inclusive of manual and automatic mesh hanging, and smooth automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precise cutting molding is achieved through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
The cut body is meticulously handled by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless continuity.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are professionally transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart preceding the autoclaves.
Once autoclave curing is complete, products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring each unit is perfectly separated and organized.
