1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for the high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing premium-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section essential for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, we fabricate the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, combining manual (automatic) hanging mesh with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this critical section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the sophisticated traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
